About the Role
You will work within the Service Management team, providing support to over 2500 employees. We are seeking someone with experience in a service desk or technical support environment. Our employees are highly skilled and expect excellent service. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, learn from multiple sources, and stay highly organized.
Responsibilities
1. Installation, configuration, and deployment of PCs and Apple Macs
2. Updating internal IT systems, including helpdesk tickets, asset records, and technical documentation
3. Raising orders for new hardware and software when required
4. Onboarding new starters, including ensuring equipment is couriered to them at start
5. IT operations activities such as proactive system checking and monitoring
Technical Skills
* Troubleshooting Windows and Apple Mac laptops
* Administration of Office 365
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Administration of enterprise antivirus and security management
* Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networking technologies

Applicants should have a Level 3 IT apprenticeship/qualification or similar experience.

Our IT team supports hardware, infrastructure, and applications to enable project delivery. The team includes Service Management, Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Applications, and Security units, each focusing on specific areas of IT support and security.
