Our client, an excellent housing provider based in Southwest London has a new opportunity for a part time Scheme Manager to work on a temporary basis (3 months minimum) - paying the hourly rate equivalent to £33,216 per annum (full time equivalent). You will be working 20 hours a week over 5 days based in their schemes (covering lots of different schemes so need to be a driver and have your own car) - hours are 8am - 12pm or 9am - 1pm each day. The focus for this role will be on the health and safety checks, resident welfare checks and fire alarm testing. If this is of interest to you, please apply today. In your role you'll: Make sure customers are safe, have support where necessary and can access social and wellbeing activities. Help customers in emergency situations. Make sure maintenance is carried out. Travel between our schemes daily to complete health and safety checks, welfare calls and fire alarm testing. Maintain a covid safe environment. Put a timetable in place for planned works, including water inspections and gas servicing. Make sure rent accounts are managed. Manage empty properties and help new applicants. Liaise with customers' families and external agencies as needed. Work energetically and at pace to deliver our goals and targets. Play your part in creating a true e-first culture in your team.
