Integral are working with a Fortune 500 company looking for a CILEX Legal Executive for a Mat Leave cover commencing in February 2025 on a 12-15 month FTC. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Servicing all business unit requirements primarily relating to general commercial and contractual matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and transactions and assisting the business in commercial negotiations. Supporting business activities including tenders and contracts for the provision of services to various clients. Advising and supporting the business on ad hoc queries relating to the recruitment sector. Assisting the legal department in keeping abreast of developments and relevant legislation on commercial issues affecting the full spectrum of the business and keeping the business informed of such developments. Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the business, understanding the business requirements and engaging on how the Legal Department can best help them with their business areas. Managing litigation matters including responding to basic county court claims. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A sound understanding of all aspects of contract and commercial law best practice. Knowledge of outsourcing Good understanding of the area of law that is relevant to the recruitment sector including, contract, data protection, marketing, IT law. Litigation experience In-house experience.
