Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent Upon Experience)

Our client has a global reputation for excellence and is expanding their specialist Aviation Design Team. This fantastic opportunity will be delivering projects across a prestigious international portfolio, shaping the future of airport and aviation design in the Middle East. This opportunity would be ideal for an Architect, Architectural Designer, or Senior Architect with proven experience delivering large-scale projects and is an expert Revit user.
Package:
1. £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent Upon Experience)

Office: West London
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - Monday to Friday (3 days in office and 2 days working remotely)
Duties:
1. Lead and contribute to aviation-related architectural projects through RIBA Stages 4 + 5
2. Develop innovative, sustainable, and functional designs for airport buildings and associated buildings
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interior designers, engineers, and aviation consultants
4. Produce detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and visualisations
5. Ensure all design work complies with relevant building regulations, budgets, and within the required timelines
6. Present ideas and manage client and stakeholder expectations effectively
Requirements:
1. Degree Qualified in Architecture (or Equivalent)
2. ARB registered Architects would be preferred but not essential
3. Experience in Airports, Transport or other complex, large-scale building projects
4. Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 + 5
5. Expert Revit user
6. Excellent portfolio of previously completed projects
