Office Manager - Construction

I am working with a well-run Interiors specialist to recruit an Office Manager to work closely with the Managing Director of the business to ensure the office & business is run smoothly.
As well as ensuring the day-to-day operations in the office are running smoothly, you will also play an important part in the financial aspect of the business which will include producing invoices, chasing client payments, managing subcontractor timesheets and more.
The appointed person will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
You will be required to help assist in the quotation of drylining, ceiling, flooring and decoration works - with the assistance of the team.
Other duties will include:
1. Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
3. Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements
4. Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Please only apply if you possess the following:
1. Proven experience in Office Management or a Senior Administration role, preferably within construction or similar
2. Experience of SAGE software and MS office functions
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills
4. Familiarity with basic HR functions
5. Confidential and professional phone etiquette
6. Strong attention to detail
On offer is a salary ranging from £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience. You will also be included in the company bonus scheme. The office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.
