As the Branch Director, you will be the senior leader at the branch level, with overall accountability for all aspects of branch operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the P&L.
2. Driving growth through improved retention, cross-sales, and new client acquisitions.
3. Setting performance and behavior standards, acting as a role model.
4. Leading the branch team to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to achieve sales targets.
5. Providing strong, effective leadership and driving the implementation of regional strategies.
6. Overseeing branch trading to meet budgetary goals.
7. Reviewing market conditions to identify new opportunities.
8. Assessing performance against competitors.
9. Maintaining key internal relationships within the organization.
You will be a proven leader with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a regulatory general insurance framework.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience within the commercial insurance industry is a must for this position, whether that be in a similar position or looking to take that next step up.
