We are now looking for an enthusiastic Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant office in Reading with hybrid working. This role would most likely suit someone with previous experience administering Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes, or in a similar office administrator role.
The Role
As a Pensions Administrator you will be involved in:
* Performing various administration tasks around the financials relating to new entrants, leavers, retirements, transfers, and deaths.
* Updating relevant pensions administration databases and systems.
* Running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations.
* Developing knowledge of clients and their associated schemes.
Your Profile
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar role, which could include an office administrator, receptionist, or customer service role.
* Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
* Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products including proficiency in Excel and Word.
* Strong organisation and communication skills.
* A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous Defined Contribution (DC) pensions administration experience.
