Our dynamic and innovative Public Health Intelligence Team is dedicated to improving population health by using local insights to make a real difference. As a Public Health Joint Analyst (Population Health), your passion and expertise in data analytics will be at the heart of advancing Hampshire & Isle of Wight’s health ambitions.
What you'll do:
• Develop and deliver an improved Population Health Analytics offer for NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated.
• In collaboration with the Local Authority, play an integral role in the development and integration of a Population Health function within the Integrated Care Board, in a fast-paced and evolving area of health service management.
• Connect with the Population Health Team that sits in the Chief Medical Officer’s Directorate in the Integrated Care Board and drive forward initiatives to create an aligned intelligence function across the Integrated Care Board and partner organisations in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

• Proven experience in health analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with a vision and passion for improving health outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including local authorities and health organisations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
