Caulders Head Office, based in Banton near Kilsyth, is seeking a skilled Purchase and Sales Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do:
* Process supplier invoices, matching purchase orders and goods received notes
* Reconcile monthly supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
* Set up and maintain new supplier accounts
* Prepare weekly and monthly payment lists for authorization
* Reconcile company credit card transactions
What You'll Need:
* Proficiency in Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
* Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible approach to work, including weekend availability to meet seasonal demands
