Alpine F1 Team have an exciting opportunity to join our team at a unique time in our history within Formula 1. We are looking for a Parts Co-ordinator who will join our Race Support Team. This is a travelling position supporting the full RST calendar. Race Support Team Parts Co-ordinator – The Role Reporting to the Race Support Team Manager, this role will work within a team to support TPC tests and show car events. Key areas of responsibility will include, but not restricted to: Working alongside the RST chief mechanic and factory parts co-ordinator to ensure the correct car parts are issued to the RST cars Ensuring the correct number of spares attend all Race Support Team Events both at European/Flyaway events Working to tight timelines while at RST events/tests/factory builds. Issuing life build sheets to the mechanics for car builds/turnarounds. Keeping a record of all the car part life numbers for each event (Working to supplied life build sheets) Once collated, Issuing the sheets to the factory lifing coordinators. Ensuring the RST Spares area is kept in a clean / organised area. Attend/support the race team at various F1 tests and Grand Prix if required. Assist in Building the Race support team garage set up at the events. New equipment ideas. To work in and maintain a clean and tidy working environment whilst at Enstone and events. Race Support Team Parts Co-ordinator – The Person The successful candidate must possess the following skills/attributes: Be self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic Can demonstrate a methodical approach to work, with very good attention to detail and good numerical competence Can prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines, with a flexible approach to both hours and job description Be computer literate and have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Products (AX, Word. Excel etc.).
