Sustainable Fitch is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the group in our Manchester Office.
Sustainable Fitch has established a new role of Operations Analyst to help bring consistency and standardization to all operational aspects of our ESG Products. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently.

We’ll Count on You To:
5. Facilitate smooth operational workflows and communications among team members, for example; ensuring that procedures and timelines are followed for required meetings and distribution of presentations.
6. Support the team on data driven requests, such as portfolio coverage checks for commercial sales, responding to client and constituent requests, and ensuring that relevant databases are accurate.
7. Maintain electronic documentation and perform timely, routine administrative tasks in support of the SuF analysts using Fitch’s proprietary applications.
8. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on analyst productivity, helping to identify trends and themes to enhance goal delivery.
9. Partner with team members to ensure the successful completion of ad hoc requests and special projects.
10. Identify opportunities to enhance the current processes, procedures, applications, management reports and training to provide the highest quality support to the global SuF analytical community.
What You Need to Have:
11. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or operational position.
12. English language fluency.
13. Excellent attention to detail.
14. Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change.
15. Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity working with databases.
16. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
18. Self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team environment.
19. Customer focused with the commitment to providing exceptional client service.

21. Experience in sustainability, data management or fixed income knowledge
