The role includes working closely with the Clinical Director to optimise patient/client experiences and managing partner relationships.
Involved in every field of the business apart from the clinical delivery. High level of trust and autonomy.
* Manage other relationships e.g. contractors, cleaners etc.
* Optimise the use of our space/rooms
* Ensure our mission and values are reflected in all that we do
* Welcoming clients
* Finance - reconciliation of monies and paying bills
* Email management for the Clinical Director
* Be the main point of contact for enquiries
* Manage ordering of supplies and maintenance of stock levels (very little)
* Updating systems and recording these updates to distribute to current and future team members

Pay: £23,880.00-£28,000.00 per year
