Working in the Family Safeguarding Team: Working as a Children's Social Worker in the Family Safeguarding team at Lancashire County Council is an exceptional opportunity due to the innovative and holistic approach the team employs. The Family Safeguarding model focuses on working collaboratively with families to address the root causes of issues, such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, and mental health challenges.
