Whether you’re assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), preparing engaging learning materials, or providing one-on-one support, your contribution will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN learners in the classroom.
2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
3. Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
4. Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
5. Monitor and record students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
6. Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a classroom TA, preferably supporting SEN learners in mainstream or specialist settings.
2. NVQ qualification is ideal, but Unqualified Teaching Assistants (UTAs) with relevant experience will be considered.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners.
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
