What You’ll Do UK Campaign Management: Plan and run UK marketing campaigns aligned to revenue goals, using insights from past performance, market research, and customer feedback. Global Campaign Alignment: Lead and shape key EMEA/global campaigns, ensuring consistency and collaboration across markets. Campaign Optimisation: Continuously test, track, and refine campaigns using A/B testing, sales feedback, and key performance metrics. Demand Generation: Drive targeted lead generation campaigns to expand BHN penetration in rewards and incentives using various channels. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Global Marketing, Product, PR, and agencies to align strategies and maximise campaign impact. Reporting and Analysis: Own campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For Campaign Experience: Background in campaign, field, or demand gen marketing across Enterprise and SMB, ideally in tech/fintech. Multi-Channel Success: Proven success running multi-channel B2B campaigns across the full marketing mix. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of web, content, SEO/SEM, social, and paid media. Pipeline and Revenue: Track record of driving pipeline and supporting revenue goals. Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with strong copywriting skills. Collaborative Approach: Able to work cross-functionally to deliver results.
