Fast growing energy business based in the Bury area requires a Service Delivery Coordinator, this is a role that sits within the Customer Service team. This is a newly created role due to the growth in the business.
The primary function of this role is managing all account queries through a first-class customer centric approach. My clients strength is in the quality of service reflected in the knowledge and enthusiasm of their staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact to key accounts
2. Manage and resolve a wide range of account queries
3. Continuously develop the service offering to key accounts
4. Communicate any billing issues to the billing team and vice versa
5. Be the primary point of contact for the roll out programs making the business aware of any challenges and performance of the program
6. Ensure all the half hourly data sent to managing agents is complete and accurate and make the managing agents aware of any issues and timescales to resolve issues
7. Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
8. Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
9. Various standard and adhoc reporting
