Recruitment Specialist – International Law Firm

Are you a talented recruitment professional looking to take the next step in your career within a prestigious international law firm? We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to play a key role in the firm’s London, Luxembourg, and Brussels offices, supporting both legal and business services recruitment.
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will assist with a wide range of talent acquisition activities, including lateral hiring, graduate recruitment, and associate training programs. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Resourcing:
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the hiring process.
* Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
* Support direct hiring initiatives where possible.
* Draft offer letters and maintain up-to-date recruitment documentation.
* Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated.
Visa & Immigration Support:
* Assist in coordinating visa and immigration matters, working closely with external immigration counsel and relevant authorities.
Onboarding:
* Support the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires have the necessary IT equipment and induction schedules.
* Work closely with HR and legal teams to manage background screening and compliance checks.
* Ensure a seamless first-day experience for new joiners.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Liaise with global offices, including teams in the U.S., to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
* Act as a key point of contact for partners, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Finance & Administration:
* Track and process invoices related to recruitment agency fees, immigration counsel fees, and other hiring expenses.
* Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring for recruitment activities.
* Provide general administrative support as needed.
About You
* Degree-educated with prior experience in legal or professional services recruitment.
* Strong ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* French fluency is an advantage
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and talent sourcing tools.
