The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Manager for the Imperial Enterprise Lab\\\'s international activities is responsible for the Commonwealth Startup Fellowship, specifically designed to support founders from low-middle income countries across the commonwealth. The programme is a new activity, and this is a perfect opportunity to join and help shape design and delivery.
What you would be doing
As Innovation & Entrepreneurship Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Imperial Enterprise Lab\\\'s activities including one-off events, workshops and programmes for our community of enterprising students, recent alumni, and post docs. This position will lead on the \\\'Commonwealth Startup Fellowship\\\' (CSF), as well as other international activities such as Global Challenge Lab, Venture treks and other initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Manage the operational delivery of Imperial\\\'s entrepreneurial programme, CSF and engage with stakeholders to ensure its successful delivery.
* Manage the planning and operational delivery of Enterprise Lab international activities, including Global Challenge Lab, Venture Treks and other initiatives.
* Develop and deliver communications plans to ensure engagement and participation and attract support from internal & external experts and to launch a network of alumni.
* Identify and engage expert suppliers to deliver complex intellectual content and events.
* Analyse and report progress or challenges to key internal & external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
* Experience of working in innovation and entrepreneurship support at a level suitable to facilitate credibility and positive relations with staff, post docs, students, alumni and external partners.
* Project management experience at a level conducive to delivering a high-quality education and professional development programme in a world-class institutional setting.
* Ability to conceive, plan and own operational delivery strategies over multiple years to deliver near, mid- and longer-term College objectives.
* Understanding or interest in international development in relation to innovation and entrepreneurship
