The Global Process Owner (GPO) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of specific end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) across all regions, departments, and business units. The GPO will ensure that the process is optimized, standardized, and aligned with corporate strategy, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role is key to driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment in a global organization. The GPO acts as the 'owner' of a core business process, ensuring that it functions optimally on a global scale.
This role will initially be heavily focused on ensuring that the Global Processes of Plan to Produce & Procure to Pay have been appropriately integrated into the Rotork DRIVE (ERP deployment) process. Examples of this would include the incorporation of production and sourcing strategies into the D365 framework, processes for how we plan and run operations have been implemented in a way that is consistent with the strategy, purchasing of materials and the data updating process have been defined and appropriately resourced at a factory level. As a result, there could be some team management responsibilities.
Longer term, this role will fully integrate into the Operations Excellence team and be responsible for the improvement and standardization of processes across all Rotork manufacturing sites.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in process management, operations, or similar roles, preferably in a global context.
* Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or other process improvement certifications are highly desirable.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping, ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle), and process automation tools.
* Change Management: Experience in leading change management efforts for process transformations across global organizations.
* Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to influence and drive change across multiple regions.
* Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in solving complex operational problems and delivering measurable improvements.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and diverse, global teams.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
* Experience in global process ownership or transformation roles within large, multinational organizations.
* Experience working with Microsoft D365 or implementing process automation solutions.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and process compliance.
