Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and clients. The Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and break areas, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
* Adhere to specific cleaning schedules as required by the facility.
Experience
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Good time management skills to ensure all duties are completed efficiently.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.61-£11.44 per hour
