Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind product lifecycle management—from defining strategy and requirements to execution and post-launch success. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, sales, and marketing, ensuring the product delivers value while staying competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define product strategy based on input from stakeholders, customers, market research, and competitive analysis.
* Create short- and long-term product roadmaps, outlining features and enhancements that drive business value.
* Work with key accounts to gather custom requirements and oversee development projects.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
* Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize development tasks and establish release schedules.
* Lead QA and acceptance testing to ensure high-quality product delivery.
* Act as a liaison between internal staff and engineering teams for troubleshooting escalated issues.
* Work closely with sales & marketing teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
* Train and support internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools for success.
Business & Market Impact:
* Define pricing strategies and prepare business plans with ROI projections.
* Continuously analyze feedback from clients (internal and external) to optimize product success.
* Track and report on key product performance metrics and bottom-line impact.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or software development environment.
Skills & Abilities:
Strategic mindset with the ability to align product vision with business goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results in fast-moving environments.
Excellent collaboration skills—able to bring together customers, engineers, sales, and executives to align on product priorities.
Customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
Excellent communication skills (written, visual, and verbal) to convey product vision, updates, and strategies effectively.
Technical proficiency in software development principles and modern product management tools.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology solutions.
Knowledge of Agile, Lean methodologies, or user experience (UX) best practices.
Work Environment: Flexible (Hybrid, Remote, or On-Site)
Reporting Structure: Reports to Senior Leadership in Product & Strategy
