Join Our Team as an Out of Hours Support Officer We are seeking a proactive and organised Out of Hours Support Officer to join our team in Middleton. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to plan and strategize, and who is comfortable handling out-of-hours duties. Applicants must have access to their own vehicle or live within a reasonable commuting distance. We currently have 3 shift patterns available including: Saturday & Sunday Days : 24 hours (07:00-19:00) Friday & Saturday Nights : 24 hours (19:00-07:00) Saturday & Sunday Days : 12 hours (10:00-16:00) If you are enthusiastic, well-organized, and able to handle out-of-hours responsibilities, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Arrange shift cover at short notice and follow up on missed check calls. Handle and respond to site incidents, providing support to security officers. Communicate effectively with officers who require assistance. Carry out general administrative duties to maintain efficient operations. Plan ahead and strategize to ensure smooth shift transitions and preparedness. Confidently manage phone communications and handle queries. Skills and Qualifications: Fully computer literate with strong administrative abilities. Confident speaking on the phone and managing out-of-hours communications. Ability to strategize, plan ahead, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communicator, capable of interacting at all levels. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work independently. Right-to-work and 5 year checkable history 2 years security experience would be preferred Demonstrate the values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness which Securitas prides itself on
