Legal Consultant (Wills, Trusts, and LPAs)Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commissionHours: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm (39 hours per week)Start Date: Within 4 weeksA specialist provider of Will writing and estate planning services is seeking a Legal Consultant to advise clients on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). The role involves conducting client meetings, drafting documents, and providing expert guidance on estate planning.Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings to provide Will-writing adviceDraft Wills, Trusts, and LPAs using internal systemsFollow up with clients to gather necessary information and finalise documentsManage and update CRM recordsSupport clients with LPA submissions and ensure compliance with legal requirementsAttend client roadshows and regional meetings, with occasional overnight staysMaintain diary management and coordinate travel arrangementsCandidate Requirements: At least 2 years of client-facing experience (F2F and via Teams/Zoom)Clean driving licence (own car not required)Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and email managementAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWillingness to travel in and around London, including regional tripsDesirable: Experience in financial services (e.g. mortgages, life insurance)Knowledge of Will writing or estate planning (not essential)STEP or CILEX qualification (or currently studying)TPBN1_UKTJ
