Support the management of the integrated acute and community care pathways for children with short term conditions Provide supervision and monitoring of junior staff with support of clinical team leader. Performing individual performance reviews for junior team members. Work with families to provide emotional support and specialist clinical care, sensitive to the changing and on-going needs of the child, siblings, parents and other carers.
