Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Administrator to join the National Unscheduled Care Team, part of the Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) at NHS Golden Jubilee.
The National Unscheduled Care Programme facilitates whole system development and delivery of improvement programmes which reflect best practice and support the delivery of the Right Care in the Right Place. The underpinning objective of the programme is to improve the Unscheduled Care experience for patients and staff alike.
The programme currently consists of 4 portfolios of work:
1. Community Access to Unscheduled Care
2. Flow Navigation
3. Front Door/Emergency Pathways
The role will provide full administrative support to the Unscheduled Care Programme including coordinating and supporting meetings, action tracking, minute taking, diary management, communications, and drafting a variety of documentation to support the Programme.
To be successful in this role, you will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and have demonstrable experience of providing administrative support. Project Management skills and experience would be advantageous.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) and be able to manage a range of competing priorities while maintaining high levels of quality. You will be well organised and prepared to work autonomously to deliver the range of work assigned to you.
This role will predominantly include home working; however, there will be some in-person meetings, therefore a willingness to travel is essential.
For informal discussions, please contact: Hannah Phillipson, Project Manager.
