Maintenance Engineer
Based in Camberley, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a 4on 4off schedule with 12 hour shifts, including both day and night shifts.
About the Role
* Report directly to the engineering manager as a key member of the production facility's maintenance team.
* Ensure the smooth operation of the facility by contributing to all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and work completed.
4. Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a similar environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
