Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for a dynamic and exciting portfolio? We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team and lead the charge in delivering exceptional results across our Factored and Beyond Beer portfolios.
Your Purpose:
As a Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll work closely with our Strategic Revenue Growth Managers to maximise key revenue levers, including pricing, product mix, new product development, and promotional activity.
In this role, you will become a Spirits category expert, supporting both the Factored Trading Team and the Beyond Beer team. By analysing market and category dynamics, you’ll develop pricing and promotional strategies that drive growth and improve returns for Molson Coors and our customers.
You’ll also take ownership of key processes such as the Off Trade List Price Process and Factored Master Data Process, ensuring operational excellence and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies for Beyond Beer and Spirits (Factored and Own Brand).
* Lead on pricing, category ambitions, price positioning, price increase planning, and new product development (NPD) launch plans.
* Collaborate with brand teams and support Supplier JBP negotiations.
* Develop market insights and reporting to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for value growth.
* Conduct scenario planning and commercial evaluations to guide strategic decisions.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a mix of analytical expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You should have:
• Proven experience in commercial roles across Sales (preferably On Trade), Marketing, Insight, or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT/technical knowledge.
• A track record of analysing market and brand financial trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, brand-led environment, with knowledge of brand life cycles and strategies.
