Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department.
Responsibilities
* 3 way matching and processing of purchase invoices;
* Dealing with purchase invoice queries;
* Reconciling supplier statements;
* Maintain the purchase ledger system up to date;
* Assist with month-end procedures and reporting.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
* Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role;
* Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies;
* Strong data entry skills.
