About the role: Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in creating costed quotations and technical proposals while building strong commercial and technical relationships with clients. This role includes identifying new clients, generating leads, and supporting customer requirements with tailored solutions. Key responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of the company's bespoke products and services. Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and responses to RFQs. Update and manage technical data sheets and product libraries. Engage with customers through meetings, trade shows, and site visits. Collaborate with internal teams to align technical and commercial strategies. Travel across the UK and potentially overseas for customer engagement and business development.What we're looking for: Minimum HNC/HND in engineering (or equivalent) with strong proven experience in an engineering-related industry. Technical sales experience and a self-motivated, solution-driven mindset. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard CRM tools. Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential.This position is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Malvern, Bromyard, Gloucester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Evesham, Hereford, Alcester, Studley and Kidderminster.
