Inviting applications for the role of Partner of Change Management Practice, Vice President – English

Responsibilities:
1. Be trusted team leader within the Change Management Practice; partner with the Global Change Management Practice Lead to manage a large portfolio of global clients.
2. Be an advocate and partner to supporting transformation services teams to help promote and grow the Change Management Practice.
3. Work with relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure stakeholders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change within teams.
4. Lead and manage a team of ~20 client-facing Change Management Practitioners.
5. Leverage established Change Management methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption.
6. Account Management of multiple client engagements including setting change strategy and managing change-related project plans from start to finish.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key client and internal stakeholders.
8. Oversee all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization.
9. Oversee the communication strategy and work with key client stakeholders to develop communications materials.
10. Oversee the training strategy and work with key client stakeholders to develop training materials.
11. Translate theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage/ensure the successful end-to-end delivery.
12. Responsible for ensuring your team meets the broader goals of the organization including revenue, growth, utilization, etc.
13. Responsible for employee life cycle for your team of direct reports including hiring, performance, career path and exit management.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
1. High EQ, curiosity, courageousness, and incisiveness.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; preferably MBA or MA/MS in Org Development and Leadership or a related field.
3. Consulting or industry experience with strong knowledge of change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation.
4. Track record of directly managing a team to successful outcomes.
5. Experience in Digital Transformation.
6. Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
7. Strong consultative and diagnostic skills.
8. Ability to work through organizational complexity.
