The role:
RevOps Analyst is responsible for supporting the alignment of sales, marketing and customer success operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth keeping all teams accountable to revenue.
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded and excellent communicator who can clearly explain data, trends, analyse and initiate creative solutions and ideas. They are able to understand and elicit relevant requirements, are able to ask ‘why’, and challenge assumptions in a friendly and collaborative manner.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Optimise Sales & Marketing Technology Stack: Own and manage tools such as Cognism, HubSpot, and Gong, ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and provide meaningful insights into the customer lifecycle to drive revenue growth.
* Marketing Channel Analytics: Assess and benchmark the effectiveness of growth channels such as paid search, SEO, and paid social. Work closely with campaign managers to refine sales and marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
* Leverage Data to Drive Sales and Marketing Performance: Analyse pipeline data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, accelerate the sales cycle, and increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and operational efficiency.
* CRM & Territory Management: Support with maintaining Hubspot data accuracy, managing sales account territories, and forecast to ensure effective tracking.
* KPI Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators across Sales and Marketing. Provide insights that support decision-making and business operations.
* Sales Team Performance Analysis: Evaluate broker market data and individual sales team performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Has strong analytical skills, able to identify the whole picture from the vision through to the detailed user story level.
* Demonstrates problem-solving skills with good business sense, understanding what is commercially viable.
* Advanced Excel skills and visualisation tools such as Tableau.
* Ideally experienced with a CRM system e.g Hubspot
* Familiarity with building dashboards and forecasting reports in previous roles
* An understanding of the entire lifecycle from prospect to customer
* Familiarity with key metrics such as close rates, payback period, Customer LTV, MQL-to-SQL Conversion rates.
