An established and highly successful education recruitment firm is expanding and looking for a director to launch and build a new branch in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a new location, handpick a team, and shape the future of the business, with the added benefit of earning equity in the company.

What’s on offer
* Base salary of £60,000 - £90,000, negotiable depending on experience
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £150,000+

The role
* Launch, develop, and lead a new education recruitment branch, establishing a strong presence in Leeds
* Build and manage a high-performing team, setting the culture and direction from day one
* Drive business development, securing long-term partnerships with schools and education providers
* Take full P&L responsibility, managing growth, profitability, and operational success
* Implement strategic recruitment and sales initiatives, leveraging the brand’s existing success while innovating for future growth
* Scale the business efficiently, ensuring high standards in recruitment, compliance, and candidate placement
