HOURS OF WORK AND LOCATION
Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm and Friday, 9am – 4pm.
Hybrid working, 3 days in head office and 2 working from home
ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Providing day to day support and advice to managers on all employee related matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, absence management and ill health.
2. Providing support and coaching to our managers dealing with HR issues and ensuring that HR issues are managed proactively and concluded in a timely manner.
3. Continuously working to up-skill our managers in ensuring consistency and compliance in the handling of HR matters.
