Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in English and Maths GCSE subjects
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' abilities and goals
* Deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with other educators and parents to support student learning
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in teaching English and Maths at GCSE level
* Experience working with students with SEN
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEN education
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Organisational skills to manage individual learning plans
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience using assistive technology in teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
