Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to be based in their Head office, in their Uxbridge office.
Job Specification:
Responsible to the HR Manager, you will be supporting day-to-day HR activity, covering but not limited to the following areas:
• Administrative support: Maintaining the employee database systems, arranging meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing post.• Answering enquiries: Providing an initial response to internal and external enquiries from existing staff members, managers and candidates for vacancies.• Assisting with recruitment: Publishing and editing job listings, arranging interviews and communicating directly with candidates.• Assisting with onboarding: Leading orientation for new employees and giving information about benefits.• Assisting with annual leave and absence reporting• Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.• Producing documents: Updating employee handbooks and newsletters and writing letters and reports• Recruitment support: Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS); CV screening and administration• Coordinating events - Interview/assessment day coordination• Supporting on ad-hoc projects
