Job Description We are looking for a Sports Marketing Manager to be responsible for promoting Grosvenor Casinos venues sports offer with a focus on the Watch&Bet proposition which is specific to Luton. This role will be responsible for the 360 marketing and measurement across all channels to create a clear marketing and digital funnel. This will but not limited to but should include social media, CRM, OOH, in-venue. The success of this role will be measured on the number of attendees in the sports betting lounge at Luton and the number of bets placed on the terminals. This role will focus on creating a blueprint for Watch&Bet in Luton specifically with a view to rolling out to all relevant venues post Gambling Act Review. Brand and marcomms Own the creative development of Grosvenor’s ‘Watch&Bet’ proposition working closely with our design agency. Test the cut through of the creative across different channels making recommendations for development. Ensure all assets and copy are aligned with the master direction. Create brand consistency across all touch points within the Luton venue to ensure the sports proposition stands out in an aligned way across the SSBTs and digital screens in venue as well as social and CRM out of venue. Work with the wider marketing team to maximise the promotion of the sports offer across all available channels providing all copy and assets for teams to execute on time. Develop a monthly calendar of retention and acquisition strategies with the appropriate communications plan to maximise results - reporting back on the performance of each one. Work with the central CRM team to develop a sports interest group within adobe for use with central and local Email and SMS sends, including leading on system development (i.e. Neon) Take ownership of developing the CRM content and copy with a view to continuously improve all relevant KPIs (e.g. delivery, open rates etc) Events, Promotions and content Develop relationships with suppliers to coordinate the promotion on new offers and promotions. Support the product team to bring these promotions and offers to life in a measurable way. Working with our agency and wider marketing team lead the creation of a series of events which continue to drive visits and engagement with the product. Report back on the ROI and learnings from each event to take into forward plans. Operational Execution Work closely with the operational teams to ensure forward plans and promotional briefs are landing and being executed perfectly, not just within the sports team but also within the wider venues team including F&B, poker, Gaming, reception etc. Content Management Manage the content management systems work for all sports digital touchpoints (including relevant supplier management). Work with suppliers to understand how existing screens can be developed to include “Reverse L” style functionality to showcase statistics, betting prompts etc Lead on the Content Management thinking for all sports digital touchpoints, including design and display of SSBT front screens and flexible sub pages, MRG screens, Racing Post digital displays, Paragon screens Ensure appropriate templates generated with the correct messaging/bet offers both daily and day part for implementation. For example, select the specific featured Bet Builder, featured Acca for display on SSBTs Devise screen strategy for both MRG Screens and SSBT Top Screens and create daily (and day-part) schedules for all digital touchpoints. This will be the schedule for all screens and will include selecting the specific featured Bet Builders/featured Accas daily, generic promo screens (including management of MRG gantry) with implementation expected by an enlarged Mauritius Content Management team Marketing Effectiveness & Efficiency Accurately forecast budgets and ROI on any promotional costs. Ensure all initiatives are fully compliant with all relevant legislation, industry guidance, internal protocols and are aligned with our social responsibility approach.
