As a dedicated and dynamic Grants & Fundraising Manager, you will lead the income generation efforts of a vital organisation dedicated to supporting women and children who are vulnerable to domestic abuse and homelessness. You will take ownership of the fundraising strategy, nurture donor relationships, and manage the grant application process to ensure sustainable funding for life-changing services.
The role involves developing and implementing a fundraising strategy to diversify income streams, researching and identifying new funding opportunities, leading the preparation of grant applications, and building and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders. You will also line manage a small team and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to diversify income streams.
* Research and identify new funding opportunities (trusts, foundations, corporate sponsors).
* Lead the preparation of grant applications and manage a detailed grant pipeline.
* Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
* Line manage the Grants Officer and support their professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and prepare impact reports for funders.
