Our client, a financial regulatory organisation, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team from early November. As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities Management Team's operations and ensuring the smooth running of their facilities. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an annual salary range of £28, - £30, dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional reception service, ensuring all visitors are warmly greeted and directed to the appropriate contacts.
2. Schedule visitor arrivals in coordination with ground floor reception personnel.
3. Coordinate meeting room administration requirements.
4. Accept, allocate, and complete all Facilities-related service desk tasks.
5. Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Some minute-taking in meetings where required.
7. Become familiar with all IPOS Procure to Pay processes.
8. Accept and manage goods in deliveries.
9. Arrange courier collections and deliveries.
10. Collaborate with Beaufort House Reception and Control to manage visitor and contractor access to FSCS premises.
11. Coordinate all hospitality lunch orders and deliveries.
12. Manage day janitors for hospitality and cleaning requests.
13. Ensure vending supplies are consistently replenished.
14. Coordinate contractor access scheduling with Beaufort House Control to ensure timely arrival and access pass distribution.

Requirements:
16. Excellent communication skills to effectively address queries and issues.
17. A sensible and enthusiastic approach to Reception-related tasks.
18. Good understanding of Reception function processes.
19. Minute-taking experience is advantageous.
20. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
