Role: Residential Support worker
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Pay/Salary: £26,844 - £33,012 base salary + up to £3,840 for sleep-ins
Shifts: 3 days a week
* 15 hour shift x2
* 10 hour shift x1
About the role
Join our client's Children's Home, where you'll be a crucial part of helping young people rebuild and enjoy their childhood while preparing them for a fulfilling adulthood. Who We're Looking For
* A proactive team player who brings empathy and resilience to every shift
* Someone with a full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
* No prior qualifications? No problem - we'll support you in gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
What you'll get in return
* Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 4 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year), £1,400 Attendance Allowance - assuming good attendance, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation & £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment)
