Reporting to the Sales Manager for UK, Ireland and Nordics, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services over the phone, email, or other digital communication channels. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of the products or services offered. This role is based from our International Head Office in Chadderton, Oldham with a Hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office and 2 from home). JOB DUTIES: Establish and nurture strong relationships with leads and partners. Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the necessary steps and requirements. Engage with partners to understand their pain points, challenges, and business requirements. Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Qualify & nurture leads generated through various channels such as marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals. Follow a structured sales process to move leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a regular basis. YOU MUST HAVE: Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, telesales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent active listening and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with the industry and the company's products/services is a plus.
