About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Branch Manager to lead our Christchurch Factory. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional ready to step up, or an experienced manager seeking a new challenge.
As Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations—ensuring efficiency, fostering strong relationships, and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire the factory team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
2. Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service.
4. Drive process improvements to enhance plant performance and output.
5. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
6. Develop and mentor team members, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
7. Monitor and report on plant performance, production targets, and key business initiatives.
8. Achieve and exceed production goals, ensuring quality and operational excellence.

Who We’re Looking For
1. 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
2. Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing teams
3. Strong communication & relationship management skills—able to engage with people from all walks of life
4. Organizational expertise & attention to detail
5. Financial and operational acumen to drive business success
6. Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
7. Ambition and a track record of growth in previous roles
