Overview of The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Creative Content & Marketing Executive will deliver engaging content for the Showcase brand and events, both in-store and online. The role will focus on content creation for social media, particularly social media reels and posts, email marketing, event promotion, and instore assets, ensuring consistency and creative storytelling across all platforms.
A proactive, creative mindset is essential, as you’ll generate ideas and execute content to drive engagement and promote the Showcase brand. A willingness and confidence appearing in content are essential.
What You Will Do:
* Design and produce compelling creative content across digital and physical platforms ensuring brand cohesion. This includes social posts, stories, reels, posters, fliers and emails.
* Strategically manage social media content to drive engagement, foster community growth, and expand brand reach.
* Provide marketing support including website updates, WordPress event page creation, email creation, reporting, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We Are Looking For
· Proven experience in creating engaging short-form content (e.g., reels, TikTok, Instagram stories) with a strong understanding of platform-specific trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
· Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
· Photography and videography expertise, with knowledge of editing tools to enhance visuals.
· Ability to generate fresh, creative ideas for both event-driven and brand-led content.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
· Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies in content creation.

Role in Detail:
Creative Content:
· Create engaging event content, including photography, videos, and live streams.
· Produce social media content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes) for both events and brand marketing.
· Design creative assets for event pages, emails, posters, signage, and in-store displays.
· Capture product imagery and videos for promotional use.
· Develop brand-focused content, such as membership updates, and brand storytelling.
· Ensure consistent branding across all content and marketing materials.
· Generate new ideas for event, pop-up, and brand marketing campaigns.
· Manage timelines and deliverables for all creative projects.
Social Media:
· Create engaging event-related social media content including reels, stories, and posts.
· Develop Showcase brand-focused content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook
· Lead the creation of social media competitions and manage all related content.
· Handle influencer content creation and editing, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
· Schedule social media activity and monitor comments
· Support building an online community
Website and Marketing Support
· Design and set up email campaigns, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines
· Maintain and update the website, ensuring content is fresh and aligned with current marketing efforts.
· Build the event pages on the WordPress platform. This includes adding event details, imagery, and any other necessary content.
Admin & Reporting:
* Track the performance of social media content, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and adjust content strategies based on insights.
* Monitor and report on engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and use insights to influence content creation, ensuring content consistently aligns with audience preferences and drives engagement.
* Conduct research on competitors, brands, and sales strategies.
* Maintain and update website and google business.
