Our client, a leading national business is seeking a Customer Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the organization, where you will be required to be the first point of contact for clients whilst ensuring administration tasks are managed and completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times. This is the ideal role for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Administration role within an office environment who is looking to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities - - Crafting and sending detailed letters - Being the first point of contact for any client queries or questions - Liaising with third parties - Producing and completing reports - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients - Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases Key Experience: - A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service / administration role within an office environment - Confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties over the phone and via email - Excellent communication - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance - Familiarity with data entry This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field, working on a national basis.
