Perform various administrative duties while managing multiple demands. Contribute to the development of internal business support systems and processes. Maintain and update electronic and paper-based records with accuracy. Manage financial administration, including placing orders and processing payments. Stay updated on regulations, policies, and procedures affecting service delivery. Requirements: Education & Training: Level 2 qualification in a relevant field and training in Microsoft Office. Experience: Prior experience in business support, handling sensitive information, conducting research, financial administration, and servicing meetings. Knowledge: Understanding of local and national government policies, Microsoft Office proficiency, and awareness of data protection, health & safety, and risk management. Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive information effectively.
