Business Development Executive
TSRN are working with a leading compliance company who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive. This role is to help promote the client's vast amount of services to organisations in the North of England. This role will be home-based and will involve outbound calling to a number of organisations that have shown potential interest.
This role will suit an experienced internal Business Development professional with excellent communication skills. You will excel at converting enquiries into sales and building profitable pipelines. Lastly, you should have experience of working to targets and be highly self-motivated.
Day to Day Duties:
1. Achieve individual sales targets and support colleagues to achieve their sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director.
2. Complete cold calling and telesales activities in line with sales and marketing campaigns as required by the Sales and Marketing Director.
3. Build positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase initial revenue and retention revenues.
4. Maintain and handle key customer accounts.
5. Develop new clients to increase the customer base.
6. Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, sales, and transactions using the Salesforce system.
7. Carry out general administration duties associated with the role.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous telephone-based sales experience.
2. Previous experience of working to targets.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Driven and motivated.
In return, the company is offering £28k basic, an individual and team bonus structure, 28 days holiday, up to 10% pension contributions, private medical, remote working, and up to 2% pay increase each year.
