Job Description
The Sales & Logistics Coordinator for AGS, LLC will oversee all inventory parts sales and handle all shipping of small packages out of our office. This position will also maintain many clerical responsibilities.
Key Duties (Include but will not be limited to):
1. Answer & direct inbound phone calls
2. Maintain & update communication with clients
3. Respond to inquiries via email/calls with clients
4. Handle general clerical responsibilities of the office
5. Quoting Parts Sales (Sage Accounting Program)
6. All Shipping / Logistics (UPS Ground & LTL/Flatbed Freight)
7. Preparing Paperwork for LTL & Common Carrier shipments
8. Inventory of warehouse parts
9. Forklift operations (in-coming & out-going LTL shipments)
10. Assist office manager & executive staff with other responsibilities
Skills & Qualifications:
1. To be sufficient in Sage Accounting
2. Proficient in Word & Excel processing
3. Strong written & verbal communication skills
4. Organizational skills
5. Time management skills
6. Being focused and having attention to detail
7. Ability to be resourceful and exhibit effective problem-solving skills
