Job Title: Electrical Contracts & Projects Manager\nLocation: UK-wide travel + weekly time in Birmingham\nSalary: Competitive + car allowance + package\n\nOverview:\nIf you're the kind of leader who thrives on trust, team performance, and delivering high-quality electrical compliance across multiple sites — this could be your ideal next step.\n\nWe're recruiting for a values-led, delivery-focused business looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts & Projects Manager to oversee a national portfolio of sites, each supported by a dedicated engineer or team.\n\nYou'll be the key point of contact for both the client and your engineers, with a real opportunity to drive standards, performance, and commercial results.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n * \n\n Leading a team of site-based engineers across multiple UK locations\n\n * \n\n Managing testing programmes, compliance works, and remedial projects\n\n * \n\n Building trusted relationships with clients and spotting commercial opportunities\n\n * \n\n Quoting and tendering for electrical works across your portfolio\n\n * \n\n Ensuring safe working practices and conducting regular site audits/toolbox talks\n\n * \n\n Taking full commercial ownership of each contract, including forecasting, budgets, and invoicing\n\nWhat you'll need:\n\n * \n\n A relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)\n\n * \n\n Proven experience managing electrical contracts and leading teams\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of compliance, RAMS, and H&S procedures\n\n * \n\n Confidence in quoting and managing the commercial side of contracts\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and leadership skills — both client-facing and internal\n\n * \n\n The flexibility to travel across the UK and spend time in Birmingham weekly\n\nThis is a genuinely rewarding role for someone who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and making a real impact.\n\nInterested?
