We’re currently looking for a Technical Deployment Assistant to join our IT Department.
The role is full time, and open ended.
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills to work in our busy assets team who are responsible for managing our hardware assets from purchase to disposal, responding to and fulfilling requests for equipment, maintaining and updating asset records, tracking recharges and liaising with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that the correct equipment is ordered to support the University staff and students. This role will also involve taking and making deliveries as well as kit collections from around campus.
Our IT Services are integral to the continued success of Loughborough University. We work closely with all our partners from across the University to support digital transformation and deliver outstanding levels of service that are recognised as the best in the country by our students in the National Student Survey.
