About the Position
We are recruiting a Bioinformatician to join our team at the Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London. As a key member of our research group, you will develop methods for cancer diagnostics using liquid biopsy next-generation sequencing data.
You will have a PhD degree in bioinformatics or computational biology and excellent communication skills. Your expertise in next-generation sequencing data analysis and machine learning will enable you to make a significant contribution to our research.
About the Institute / Project:
The Rosenfeld lab focuses on developing new approaches for non-invasive molecular diagnostics and analysis of cancer genomes and evolution. We work with large collections of patient samples and aim to develop novel tools for cancer diagnostics.
