Our approach to wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We're always looking for new ways to improve work/life balance, so we're taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week.
This means you could be working one day less a week, giving you more time to focus on your personal life. If the trial is successful, we'll roll out the 4DWW across the Group.
